From my sketchbook
I've been spending a lot of time reading the blogs of some really talented artists and am way behind on my readings for my classes! Anyway ... went back to my sketchbook from grad school and found some mini-paintings I'd done then.

Are these your own design?
Yes - some years ago, I was asked to come up with a design for the Festival of India t-shirt in Atlanta. These are two of the designs I came up with. The first is supposed to portray that there isn't much of a difference between us even though we have different faiths. I liked that. But they chose another one of my designs. Will post that in a separate post. Glad you liked 'em!
